On behalf of the officers and directors of the North Texas Association of Government Guaranteed Lenders (NTAGGL), I welcome you to our website. We are an association of lending professionals and support organizations who utilize the guarantee programs of the Small Business Administration, the Farmers Home Administration, and others to assist small businesses and support and grow our local and national economies. We do this through networking within our industry, quarterly luncheons, educational programs, and special events designed to promote our individual and collective organizations. We serve primarily the North Texas area (Dallas / Fort Worth & East Texas) but work closely with similar organizations in Houston, San Antonio, and other cities and with the Small Business Administration District and Regional offices to provide services throughout much of the 5 state, Region VI of the Small Business Administration. Our goals include getting the word out to small businesses that there are lenders and loans out there to serve their needs and great government programs to help accomplish this.
Membership in NTAGGL is quick and easy. Lender membership is free and can easily be accomplished by just spending a few minutes on the “Join Us” tab on this website. We encourage all lenders involved in government guaranteed lending to join, even if you cannot regularly attend the luncheons or events. You will find that membership will provide a wealth of information regarding SBA topics and changes. For non-lenders who support our industry, (i.e. – appraisers, environmental professionals, closing attorneys, business valuation specialists, insurance professionals, etc.) membership is just $500 per year (or less with multiple memberships) and can also be accomplished quickly and easily at the “Join Us” tab on this website. Associate Membership gets your company and services in front of several hundred lending professionals who can refer your services to their clients and borrowers. This is quite a bargain.
As we move into a new decade, we know that small businesses and their innovations will lead us out of the economic problems that our nation has suffered in recent years. We hope to provide support, information, education, and networking to help accomplish this in the organizations and areas that we serve. We sincerely hope that you all will join us in this effort.
