SBA Training – Cost Segregation(depreciation) / SBA Basics
Please join us for an informative afternoon, immediately following the Quarterly Luncheon.
Time: 1:30pm to 5:00pm
This Educational Event will provide vital information about Cost Segregation(depreciation). Cost Segregation is an engineering based process of identifying and valuing the component parts of commercial real estate for the purpose of determining which parts can qualify for shorter depreciable lives.
Shorter depreciable lives result in accelerated depreciation deductions, which can result in tax savings (through tax deferrals) and increased cash flow for the property owner.
We will also be providing an overview of the SBA 7(a) and 504 Loan programs. The overview will be excellent training for all levels of SBA staff. This training will be invaluable. All of this information will be relevant to the new SOP 50-10-5(b) as well as other changes in the SBA programs.
Moderated by:
