» We will automatically refund your money if you request a refund by the Friday (or 72 hours) prior to the Quarterly Luncheon or Training. Golf Tournament and other special events will be handled on a case by case basis.
» If you request a refund anytime after Friday (or 72 hours prior), we will determine if we have already committed for your spot.
» We will do everything possible to process your refund.
» NTAGGL will decide, at it's own discretion, whether or not we can refund your money.
