Please join us for a special training session. Our special guest will be Lance Sexton, Deputy Director for the Little Rock Servicing Center.
Mr. Sexton has extensive entrepreneurial experience as well as banking experience. Throughout his career, Mr. Sexton has been actively involved in small businesses. He has worked for the Small Business Development Centers for over 15 years. He owned and operated his own company for 6 years. He has taught an entrepreneurship curriculum at the college level and has several years of executive management experience in banking. He has managed very large portfolios of troubled assets in numerous states throughout the US and has been responsible for managing problem asset disposition teams.
With the ever changing lending environment, SBA servicing actions are vitally important to protect your SBA guaranty. Mr. Sexton will provide insight on how to efficiently and effectively service SBA commercial loans. He will also address the proper ways to liquidate SBA 504 Debenture Loans, process guaranty purchase requests, and handling the liquidation of defaulted loans made under the SBAExpress and Community Express programs.
*Box lunches will be included with the cost of the training. The box lunch will include a sandwich, chips, cookie, pickle and beverages. Specific sandwich orders will be taken the week before the training.
